How do I connect (and disconnect) to (from) the Vol State Wi-Fi?

Connecting

Vol State provides wireless access for currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff. If you are a visitor wishing to have access, click here; otherwise, refer to the instructions below to connect.

Note: Android devices require additonal configuration in order to connect. Click here for Android specific instructions.

1. Ensure that your device's Wi-Fi is turned on under Settings.

2. Connect to the VSCC wireless network.

3. Input your Vol State username and password.

4. Press Connect.

Note: Some devices may require you to trust the Certificate before connecting.

 

Disconnecting

 

1. Ensure that your device's Wi-Fi is turned on under Settings.

2. Tap the information bubble icon to the right of the VSCC Wi-Fi network.

3. Tap on Forget This Network.

4. Confirm by tapping on Forget.
