I'm having trouble loading Banner INB. What can I do?

If you are having trouble loading Banner INB following a recent Java update, follow these steps to add Banner to Java's exceptions list.

1) Close any open web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)

2) Click the Start button and type java in the search box. Select Configure Java.

3) Select the Security tab and click the Edit Site List... button.

4) Click the Add button and enter the following address: http://vsnvpinb01.volstate.edu:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=prod

5) If you get a warning dialogue regarding the use of an HTTP location, select Continue to confirm.

6) Click OK to save the changes.

7) Click OK again to close the Configure Java window.


After making these changes, open your web browser and try loading Banner INB.
