How to Use Microsoft Office on a Chromebook

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Log into the Vol State Portal.
  3. Click on the Microsoft 365 icon.

  4. From here, you can use Copilot, or click on the Apps button the left-hand pane.

  5. Once you click the Apps button, you will be able to open the web-based client of whichever Microsoft 365 product you wish to use.
