CEU Non-Employee Account Request

Summary

Instructions for CEU Staff on how to request instructor accounts to be created for Non-Employees such as CEU or OSHA Instructors to allow for access to campus systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, eLearn, and Wireless Access.

Body

  1. CEU Staff will put in a service request for a Non-Employee Account.
  2. IT will process the request and will create the accounts.
    1. IT will send the account username to the requesting supervisor. Default password will be set for all incoming CEU instructors.
