How To: Sign-in to TeamDynamix (IT Service Portal)

Vol State faculty & staff and students are encouraged to sign-in to TeamDynamix (IT Service Portal).

Follow these steps to sign-in

1. Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the TeamDynamix (IT Service Portal).

2. If you are on a computer that is located on campus, you should automatically be logged in via SSO (single sign-on); otherwise, use your Vol State email address as your username and for the password you will use your current login password.

• Your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen indicating that you are logged in.
