How to: View and Update Your TeamDynamix Ticket

Knowledge about managing your TeamDynamix ticket.

Once you submit a request, you will be able to view the status at anytime.

You may also communicate with your technician through the Comments under the Feed.

To do so, please follow the steps below:

How to: View your request

  1. Login to TeamDynamix in the top right of the page click Sign In

  2. Once logged in, click on Services in the blue ribbon
     
  3. Under Servicesclick on Ticket Requests
    Services and Ticket Requests
  4. You will see a list of your requests. You can filter these requests by selecting the Status Class drop down menu

  5. Click on the request you would like to view
    TDX Review Your Requests
  6. The Status of your request is in the top right corner
    • If the Status is New, a technician has not been assigned to the request yet

Hardware Request New Status

  • If the Status is In Process, a technician has been assigned to your request 

How to: Update your request

  1. Click Comment

TDX Comment

  1. Click in the first field to select your Responsible technician 

TDX Notify A Specific Person

  1. Click the second field, enter your Comment, and select Save.
    A digital message box with a request for a status update and a thank you note, along with save and cancel buttons.
  2. Your Comment has been added to your request, and your Responsible technician has been notified.
