How do I connect (and disconnect) my Android device to the Wi-Fi?

Connecting

This tutorial will show you how to connect your Android device to our Wi-Fi.  These steps may vary depending on the device's manufacturer.

1. Go to your device's Settings app.
2. Go to Connections > Wi-Fi.
3. Turn on the Wi-Fi.
4. Connect to VSCC wireless network.
5. Enter the following information in the field boxes:

• EAP method: PEAP
• Phase 2 authentication: MCHAPv2
• CA certificate: Use System Certificates
• Online Certificate Status: Do Not Validate
• Domain: volstate.edu
• Identity: Volstate Username
• Anonymous identity: leave blank
• Password: Volstate Password
• Press Connect

• Server CA certificate: default
• Domain Suffix: volstate.edu
• Identity: Volstate Username
• Anonymous identity: leave blank
• Password: Volstate Password
• Press Connect

1. Go to your device's Settings app.
2. Go to Network & Internet > Internet
3. Touch and hold a saved network.
4. Tap Forget network.
