MFA Issue

Service Description

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an enhanced security feature for accessing your Vol State email, OneDrive, Zoom, and other College applications.

Once MFA has been enabled on your user account and you have completed these steps in the How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? KB article, you will begin receiving a prompt when accessing your Vol State e-mail, OneDrive, Zoom, and other College applications.

The college strongly recommends using the Microsoft Authenticator app due to its ease of use, which you can download from your device's app store.
