Grades: Entering or Assigning Grades

Enter or Assign Grades

On the navbar, click Evaluation and select Grades.

Go to the Enter Grades page.

To manually enter grades for an individual user:

  1. Click a student's name. 
  2. Enter your grades.
  3. Click Save and Close.

Alternatively, click the switch to spreadsheet view button. This makes the items editable like you would be able to do in an excel worksheet.

  1. Enter the grades in the appropriate assignment column for the students listed.
  2. Click Save.

To manually enter grades for a specific assignment:

  1. From the drop-down menu of the grade item, click Grade All.
  2. Enter your grades.
  3. Click Save and Close.

Pay careful attention to the number of students per page being displayed. You may adjust as needed or go to the "next page" to enter additional grades.
