Webex by Cisco is what Vol State is in the process of rolling out to make and receive calls across any device so that we have the freedom to work from the office, at home, or even on the go.
(You can contact the IT Help Desk at (615) 230-3302 if you are unable to successfully access the Webex App as it may be that you are still at a Vol State location that will be changed over to Webex in the near future.)
Webex Apps are available to download from your iOS and Android App stores so that you can answer your calls even when you have stepped away from your desk.
How do I find, download, and sign into the Webex App on my iPhone?
- Go to the App Store on your iPhone.

- Search for "Webex".
- Select "Webex" by Cisco and then "GET".


- After Webex is downloaded select "Open".

- From the Webex App main screen select "Sign In" using your Vol State login.



- "Sign in" again with your First.Last@volstate.edu login, select "Next", and "Enter password".


- You are now able to make and receive calls through Webex on your iPhone.
For additional assistance downloading the Webex App for your iPhone or other devices you can go to the "Webex" website to "Download Webex".
