Explore eLearn: 23-minute video tour

Welcome to Volunteer State Community College. ELearn is the name of the Vol State course management system. It is a platform where connections are made between students, faculty, and course materials. This is where "online" classes happen. Hybrid and traditional on-campus courses also utilize eLearn's administrative and interactive capabilities. Because it is online, eLearn allows for access to learning anytime, anywhere you have internet access. When you are logged in to eLearn, you can:

  • Access course materials,
  • Collaborate with other students and your instructor,
  • Complete some assignments, such as quizzes,
  • Submit papers, and
  • Keep up with your grades.

It is important for all Vol State students to know how to navigate eLearn. Student eLearn training is offered several times each year, just before a new semester begins. Please check our eLearn Success page for a link to upcoming training options. If you are unable to attend a live training or would like a preview of what training covers, you can watch the recording below.
