Why can't I launch MyLab?
Resolution
There are two main issues that prevent MyLab from launching. Please refer to both of the tools and settings listed below for troubleshooting.
Incorrect Browser Settings
Your Internet browser must be properly configured in order for MyLab to launch. Run Browser Check provided by Pearson to assess your browser settings.
Unsupported Operating System or Browser
MyLab has specific Operating System and Browser requirements. View the compatible standards listed by Pearson for MyLab.
If you are still experiencing issues, you will need to contact Pearson Support.
