Quick Tips

  • You must add this prefix at the beginning of your form URL so that your form can be accessed via single-signon: https://nextgensso.com/sp/startSSO.ping?PartnerIdpId=http://sts.volstate.edu/adfs/services/trust&TargetResource=
  • Dynamic Forms are mobile ready from the start. Regardless of device, your form will function smoothly and display correctly.
  • If you have a longer form, consider breaking it up in pages to provide a better user experience.

Filling Out Forms

Dashboard For Form Users

When you log into Dynamic Forms as a regular user, you will get a page that contains something like the two boxes below.

This box contains links to two areas:

  • Pending/ Draft Forms: This area will contain forms you have submitted that are waiting on signatures and/or approvals. 
  • Forms History: This area contains your personal form history, where you can download PDF or HTML files of forms you have submitted that have been processed.

When you enter this area, you will see a screen similar to the one above. This list will show any (if you have any) forms that are in the process of either being signed or fully processed.

One item of importance is this button:

Clicking this button will bring up a window showing signatures needed on a form you have submitted. Clicking the "Re-send email" link like so...

Re-send button

will send an email to the next person who need to sign your form reminding them the form needs to be signed.

Forms History

The Forms History page shows you all forms you have personally submitted as well as forms you have signed that were submitted by someone else. You can download PDF and HTML files of these forms from this page.
