What do I need to do to scan documents into BDM?
Resolution
In order to scan documents into BDM, you will need to install BDMS-Captiva Cloud Runtime 3.0 from Software Center.
1. On the lower-left corner of your screen, click on the magnifying glass icon, and search for Software Center.
2. Once opened, search for BDMS - Captiva Cloud.
3. Click on Install.
