We have a few newer ID Card Printers located in Cookeville and Gallatin (Student Services and HR).  Please call https://www.idwholesaler.com/technical-support.html for support as we are under their coverage.

For ID Card Printers in Springfield and Livingston, you will need to contact someone from Vol State IT first and if we can not resolve the issue we will have to send the machine out for service to DataCard.
