The My Vol State Portal

  1. Go to Vol State Website 
  2. Select “My Vol State”
  3. Select “Close” (after reading)
  4. Select “Sign in with Microsoft”
  5. Select “E-Mail” or “Microsoft 365”
  6. Select “Teams”

Or...

Office 365

  1. Go to Microsoft Office Website
  2. Select “Sign in”
  3. Enter VSCC email
    • ex. jsmith1@volstat.edu (student)
    • ex. john.smith@volstate.edu (faculty/staff)
  4. Enter Password
  5. Select “E-Mail” or “Microsoft 365”
  6. Select “Teams”
