Room Overview

(A) Screen controls are located behind this curtain
(B) Speakers are on stands in the corner of the room

(C) Speakers need to be powered on. There’s an indicator light on the front of the speaker.

The Lectern

Video Switcher

a look at the video box with each button labeled

(J) Select what you want to show on the projector screen

  1. PC = Computer installed in the Lectern
  2. BYOD = Bring Your Own Device, HDMI cable is supplied
  3. Doc. Cam = Document camera installed on lectern
  4. Blank Screen = will show nothing on the screen
  5. Stereo Audio = Using the supplied audio cable to play sound or music from a device with a headphone jack

Audio Mixer

a look at the audio board and the related connections

(K) Master levels should be set between 1 and 3 o’clock
(L) Turn up or down as needed to adjust sound levels
(M) FX dial, turn this off! It shouldn’t even be turned up in the picture
(N) Mute buttons, make sure these are off, or no sound will come out, no matter where the dials (L) are set
