Projector Screen

  1. PC=Computer installed in the Lecturn
  2. BYOD=Bring Your Own Device, HDMI cable is supplied
  3. Doc. Cam= Document camera installed on lecturn
  4. Blank Screen=will show nothing on the screen
  5. Stereo Audio=Using the supplied audio cable to play sound or music from a device with a headphone jack

Audio Board

a look at the audio board and the related connections

(I) Master levels should be set between 1 and 3 o’clock
(J) Turn up or down as needed to adjust sound levels
(K) FX dial, turn this off! It shouldn’t even be turned up in the picture
(L) Mute buttons, make sure these are off, or no sound will come out, no matter where the dials (J) are set
