The Office of Marketing, Communications, and Media Services manages all aspects of marketing, public relations, promotions, special events, brand assets, video projects of all varieties, the TV studio and the external reputation of the college. You will find tools and resources on this site to help create Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Sign, Video, and Social Media Requests, as well as DIY Resources with Vol State branding.

Employee Photo Submission

Photos will be used in the employee directory on the Volunteer State Community College website to help engage with our students and community. We ask that you submit a professional color photo. You can upload a color image of a full front view of your head and shoulders, with a solid color background. You may have a photo taken in the Marketing Department in Ramer.

Once you have decided on a photo, please submit a web ticket at https://www.volstate.edu/web-support so the webmaster can add it to the online directory.
