Control Panel Location
(A) Control Panel is located behind the Right TV
Volume Control
(B) There are three tabs across the bottom to control different sets of parameters
(C) Typically, this volume is left up all the time, and sound adjustments are made on the PC
Video Control
With the ‘Video’ tab selected:
(D) Selects which TV’s to display your slide deck. Most use the “All” column to show the presentation everywhere
(E) Selects what to display on the TV’s
(F) Selects what source the audio comes from *NOTE: Microphones are always on, no need to select them
(G) Please turn OFF the displays when finished
In-room Camera
(H) Zooms camera in/out
(I) Pans/Tilts camera as needed
*NOTE: Camera is available on PC for Zoom/Teams if needed
The Lectern Setup
(J) Keyboard and mouse located in here. There is also a USB-C to HDMI adapter and a remote control for your slide deck if needed. This is never locked.
(K) Microphones should be in the charging cradle inside. Please return to the charging cradle for the next group.
