Control Panel Location
(A) This is the control panel for the room found on one of the pillars.
(B) The HDMI connection for your laptop is on the same pillar just under the control panel.
Volume Control
(C) There are two tabs across the bottom to control different sets of parameters.
(D) Typically, this volume is left up all the time, and sound adjustments are made on the PC.
Video Control
With the ‘Video’ tab selected:
(E) Selects which TVs to display your slide deck. Most use the “All” column to show the presentation everywhere.
(F) Selects what to display on the TVs.
(G) Selects what source the audio comes from.
(H) Leave the displays ON, and try to put “Atmosphere TV” on all TVs when finished.
