How To Be Provisioned a ScreenPal License

Vol State currently only has available licensing for ScreenPal, and it should be utilized as our primary screen recording software.

(Vol State Policy VII: 01:02 Use of Computer Software states that all software requests (freeware, shareware, and commercial) require that the terms, conditions, and end user license agreement be reviewed by both the Office of Information Technology and the Office of Purchasing and Contracts prior to deployment to any Vol State device(s).)

1. The IT Help Desk can assist with provisioning Faculty and Staff with a ScreenPal license. 
   • For information on how to contact the IT Help Desk go to Vol State's Information Technology website. 
2. Faculty and Staff can install the ScreenPal software before or after being provisioned with a ScreenPal license.
   • Navigate to the ScreenPal website, and download the installer.

• ScreenPal does not require Admin Credentials to install. 
• ScreenPal will open automatically.
