Student Printing with Canon

Every semester, you will be granted $17.50 in print credits (equivalent to approximately 250 single-sided pages of B&W printing). The cost per size and sheet is listed at the bottom of this page.  There are Student Printers spread across all campuses available for printing and you can find them on this map.  

 

1. Print your item from one of the computers and make sure the printer Vol State Canon Printers is selected and select all of your print settings as you want them.

(Alternatively, you can print to the cloud from your personal device by following these instructions.)

2. Place your Vol State student ID badge card to the right of the Copier.

NOTE: If this is your first time, you will be prompted to associate your card with your account. Enter your uniFLOW PIN number when prompted.

 If you do not know your uniFLOW PIN, this can be found by following the steps in the Get My uniFLOW Pin KB article.

 

For all future prints, you will only need to scan your card to access the printer to release your print jobs.

NOTE:  If you do not have your Vol State student ID badge card, you can enter your PIN to release your print jobs as well.

 

3. Once logged in, please verify your correct name is shown in the upper right of the screen.

 

4. Press Log Out in the upper right of the screen.
 

5. Then tap your badge again to confirm instant log in.

 

6. Select Secure Print.

 

7. Select your Job(s) from the printer screen and click Print job(s).

Always be sure to Log Off the device after using it.

 

 

Print Costs:

  • $0.07 for Black and White, Letter Size per side

  • $0.30 for Color, Letter Size per side

  • $0.14 for Black and White, 11"x17" Size per side

  • $0.70 for Color, 11"x17" Size per side
