How to Update Your Printer Preferences To Allow For Color on Canon Printers

Steps to set your printer to “Automatically”, “Only Color”, or “Only B/W”.

1. Go to “Start”

2. Go to “Settings”

3. Go to “Devices”
4. Go to “Printers & Scanners”
5. Go to “Vol State Canon Printers”
6. Go to “Manage”
7. Go to “Printing Preferences”
8. Change “Color Print” to “Automatically”, “Only Color” or “Only B/W”.

9. Select “OK”
10. Print
