If your print jobs from a Mac are not reaching uniFLOW Online, the issue is most often related to the uniFLOW SmartClient application on your computer. A quick restart of the application or your Mac is the first step in troubleshooting.
- If the icon is colored, it is properly connected. Try restarting your Mac to fix any temporary glitches.
- If the icon is gray or missing, the client is not running or not signed in. Click the icon and select "Connect," or launch the application from your Applications folder.
Additional steps to troubleshoot your macOS when the uniflow driver does not appear to be working:
- Go to "System Settings"
- "Right-click" or "Ctrl-click" a printer
- Select "Reset Printing System"

- Click "Reset"
- Close the uniFLOW client in the “Top Right Menu Bar”
- Drag the uniFLOW client from the Applications folder to Trash.
- Re-install the uniFLOW client.
