How to: Search the Vol State Website
- Go to the Vol State Website.
- Select the hamburger icon.

- Search by keyword.

- KB Articles are included in your Search Results.

How to: Search the Client Portal
- Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage.
- Click in the Search the client portal box in the top right of the page by Sign In.

- Type your keyword search into the Search the client portal box.
- Select the Magnifying Glass or hit Enter.
- View the Service Catalog or Knowledge Base Articles that best matches your search.

How to: Search the Knowledge Base Only
- Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage, and click on Knowledge Base in the blue ribbon.
- Once Knowledge Base is selected, Search will now appear below it in the gray ribbon.
- Click on Search and type what you want to search in the Search field and select Enter. You may also specifically search a Category
How to: Search the Knowledge Base Catalog
- Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage, and click on Knowledge Base in the blue ribbon.
- The Knowledge Base is grouped into Categories and their related Articles.
- Locate and click the Category that is most relevant to your question

- From within the Category Click on the Article that best matches your question
You will be taken to that Article's page where you will be given an in-depth explanation of that topic and any related Knowledge Base Articles.
