  1. Go to the Vol State Website.
  2. Select the hamburger icon.

How to: Search the Client Portal

  1. Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage.
  2. Click in the Search the client portal box in the top right of the page by Sign In.

  1. ​​​​​​Type your keyword search into the Search the client portal box.
    • Select the Magnifying Glass or hit Enter.
  2. View the Service Catalog or Knowledge Base Articles that best matches your search.

How to: Search the Knowledge Base Only

  1. Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage, and click on Knowledge Base in the blue ribbon.
  2. Once Knowledge Base is selectedSearch will now appear below it in the gray ribbon.
  3. Click on Search and type what you want to search in the Search field and select Enter. You may also specifically search a Category

  1. Go to the Vol State TeamDynamix Homepage, and click on Knowledge Base in the blue ribbon.
  2. The Knowledge Base is grouped into Categories and their related Articles.
  3. Locate and click the Category that is most relevant to your question

You will be taken to that Article's page where you will be given an in-depth explanation of that topic and any related Knowledge Base Articles.
