Why Can't I Launch MyLabsPlus?

There are two main issues that prevent MyLabsPlus from launching.  Please refer to both of the tools and settings listed below for troubleshooting.

Incorrect Browser Settings

Your Internet browser must be properly configured in order for MyLabsPlus to launch. Click here to run the diagnostics provided by Pearson to asses your browser settings.

Unsupported Operating System or Browser

MyLabsPlus has specific Operating System and Browser requirements. Click here to view the compatible standards listed from Pearson for MyLabsPlus.

 

If you are still experiencing issues, you will need to contact Pearson Support.
