Navigation Bar (NavBar)
The links that are available on your NavBar within a course will be different than the links available while on the eLearn homepage. After entering a course page, you will be able to see the following links:
- Content: Link takes you to the course's content. Click to learn more information on navigating course content.
- Communication: Link opens a drop-down list of different communication course tools:
- Announcements: Link opens the Announcements page that allows you to create and edit course announcements that students will see when they access the course. Click to learn more information on Announcements.
- Classlist: Link opens the Classlist page which shows a complete list of all users enrolled in the course. Learn more information about the Classlist feature.
- Discussions: Link opens the Discussions page. Click to learn more information on Discussions.
- Groups: Link opens the Manage Groups page where you can create and edit groups in the current course. Click to learn more information on Groups.
- Vol State Email: Link opens your Vol State Outlook email inbox.
- Zoom Meetings: Link opens where you can launch Zoom video-conferencing application.
- Evaluation: Link opens a drop-down list of different evaluation tools for the course:
- Dropbox: Link opens the Dropbox Folders page where you can create and view Dropbox folders. Click to learn more information on Dropbox.
- Grades: Link opens the gradebook for the current course. Click to learn more information on Grades.
- Quizzes: Link opens the Manage Quizzes page. Here you can create and edit quizzes for the current course. Click to learn more information on Quizzes.
- Rubrics: Link opens the Rubrics page. Here you can create and edit rubrics that can be used to assess assignments within the course. Click to learn more information on Rubrics.

- Quiz Question Converter: Link opens the Quiz Question Converter within eLearn. Learn more information about this resource by visiting Quiz: Converting Text Document Questions for Use in eLearn.
- Competencies: Link opens Competency Home page within eLearn.
- Course Tools: Link opens a drop-down list of different tools for the current course:

- Course Admin: Clicking this link will open the Course Admin page that has many different tools for the course. Click to learn more information on Course Admin.
- My Course Evaluations
- My Media: My Media is an online video platform within eLearn which enables you to create and share videos. Click to learn more information on My Media.
- Quick Eval: Link opens the Quick Eval page which allows instructors to see a list of unevaluated learner submissions from the current course.
- Surveys: Link opens the Surveys page for the current course. Surveys are a way to gather feedback from students. Click to learn more information on Surveys.
