Service Description
All faculty and staff and current students are issued a Vol State email account, typically firstname.lastname@volstate.edu for faculty and staff and username@volstate.edu for students. Click the Request Service button and complete the request form in order to report any problems sending or receiving messages with a Vol State email account.
Standard Features
Standard Service Features include:
- Troubleshoot why an email is not being sent from or delivered to a Vol State email account.
Roles and Responsibilities
User Responsibilities:
- Provide the email address of the account experiencing the problem
- Provide a description of the issue
Vol State IT Responsibilities:
- Vol State IT will troubleshoot & triage the issue
- Vol State IT will communicate the status of the request to the user as needed.
