Using the Classlist
Active Indicator
If you see a green dot next to a student name, it signifies they are "active" and logged in to the eLearn system. Note: if a student is marked as "active," they may be working on materials for another course (maybe not yours) or they may have just left their last session open by walking away and not logging out of eLearn. The green dot does not indicate that the student is currently in your class.
The image below shows a sample Classlist with the "active" indicator pointed out.
Sorting
Using the arrow next to the Name column header you can sort the students on your list. You can sort students by first name or last name, A to Z or Z to A. To re-sort or to sort by a different column, click a different heading title. Sorting a Classlist only affects your view in that particular course.
More Actions
You can use the dropdown arrow next to a student's name to send them an email, view their progress, view groups they are enrolled in within the course, and to edit accommodations for eLearn quizzes.
