How to View Zoom Participants from Previous Meetings

How can I view my Zoom participants from previous meetings?

Resolution

  1. Go to the Vol State Zoom Portal.
  2. Click on Login to Create/Edit Account.
  3. Log in using your Vol State e-mail credentials.
  4. On the left navigation bar, click on Reports. 
    The usage reports in the Zoom Portal.
  5. Click on Usage.
  6. Set the date range of your meeting(s).
  7. Click Search.
  8. Locate your meeting name under Topic.
  9. Under Participants, click on the blue number.

Note: You can also export this data into a spreadsheet by clicking on Export.
