How to: View and Update Your TeamDynamix Ticket

Summary

Once you submit a request, you will be able to view the status at anytime. You may also communicate with your technician through the Comments under the Feed. To do so, please follow the steps below:
 

How to: View your request

  1. Login to TeamDynamix in the top right of the page click Sign In

  2. Once logged in, click on Services in the blue ribbon
     
  3. Under Services, click on Ticket Requests

  4. You will see a list of your requests. You can filter these requests by selecting the Status Class dropdown menu

  5. Click on the request you would like to view

  6. You will be presented with the details of your request and the Status in the top right corner
    • If the Status is New, a technician has not been assigned to the request yet
    • If the Status is In Process, a technician has been assigned to your request 

 

How to: Update your request

  1. Click Comment

  2. Click in the first field to select your Responsible technician 

  3. Click in the second field and enter your Comment

  4. Click Save

  5. Your Comment has been added to your request, and your Responsible technician has been notified
