How to Resolve the Citrix SSL Error 4 Issue

Problem

Users may get the SSL Error 4 message when logging into Citrix.

Cause

Using a newer version of Citrix will result in the SSL Error 4 message.

Resolution

  1. Uninstall the newer version of Citrix Workspace.
  2. Install the Citrix Workspace app version 1903.
  3. Go to citrix.volstate.edu, and try to connect to your computer again.
Note: If you're still experiencing issues, try clearing your cookies and cache, and then use the light version of Citrix.
