How to Resolve the Citrix SSL Error 4 Issue

Using a newer version of Citrix will result  in the SSL Error 4 message. Follow these instructions to resolve this issue.

  1. Uninstall the newer version of Citrix Workspace.
  2. Install the Citrix Workspace app version 1903.
  3. Go to, and try to connect to your computer again.
Note: If you're still experiencing issues, try clearing your cookies and cache, and then use the light version of Citrix.
