Vol State faculty & staff and students are encouraged to sign-in to TeamDynamix (IT Service Portal). Doing so allows users to save their favorite services, open new tickets and view the status of their existing tickets, share Knowledge Base articles and leave feedback.
Follow these steps to sign-in
- Click the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. If you are on a computer that is located on campus, you should automatically be logged in via SSO (single sign-on); otherwise, use your Vol State email address as your username and for the password you will use your current login password.
Your name should now appear in the top right corner of the screen indicating that you are logged in.
