How to fix the need password error or email not loading in Outlook

1. Click on the Start button.

2. Click on the Settings.

3. Click on Accounts.

4. Select Access work or school.

5. Click on your Vol State account, and click Disconnect.

 

6. Open Outlook, and verify that the error message is gone.
