How to Fix the Need Password or E-mail Not Loading Error in Outlook

How do I fix the Need Password error in Outlook? I'm not receiving e-mails either.

Resolution

  1. Click on the Start button.Start button
  2. Click on the Settings.Settings
  3. Click on Accounts.

  1. Select Access work or school.

  1. Click on your Vol State account, and click Disconnect.

  1. Open Outlook, and verify that the error message is gone.
