How do I fix the Need Password error in Outlook? I'm not receiving e-mails either.
Resolution
- Click on the Start button.

- Click on the Settings.

- Click on Accounts.

- Select Access work or school.

- Click on your Vol State account, and click Disconnect.

- Open Outlook, and verify that the error message is gone.
