Welcome! As a new student, you'll need to access several online systems to perform different tasks and get important information. These systems are accessible from the student MyVolState (ClassLink) portal page. Navigate to this page and click on the Set/Reset Password button to gain access for the first time.

  • MyVolState Portal - Course registration & communication portal for students, faculty, advisers, and support staff
  • eLearn - "Anytime, anywhere" access to course information and materials
  • Microsoft Office 365 - Office 365 is available while you are a Vol State student
  • Student Email - Student e-mail account via Outlook
  • Student Resources - A comprehensive list of student services and resources 
  • Account Password and Security - Information on activating/changing your Vol State account password, minimum password requirements, and tips for a strong password
