Call us from any on-campus phone at extension 4357 (HELP) for assistance from the Emergency IT Help Line. Help is available Monday - Thursday from 7 AM - 8 PM and Friday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM during semesters and Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM when students are not in class. If calling from an off-campus phone, please dial 615-452-8600 and then dial extension 4357 (HELP).
